Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 10 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

Exchanges must be authorised by Fiona (by phone or email) within 10 working days of receiving your purchase. Merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging for an exchange.
