Quality Guarantee + 1-Year Warranty
All Coastal Cowhides products come with a 1-year warranty, subject to appraisal of the item. We stand behind the quality of our products—if you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 10 days of prcasing or receiving it, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or solution.
Please note: Scratches, brandings, and occasional patches are natural characteristics of cowhide and are not considered defects. We recommend inspecting your item immediately upon purchase or delivery, as claims made after 10 days cannot be processed.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order. Exchanges must be authorised by Fiona via phone (021 498 456) or email (info@coastalcowhides.co.nz). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all freight and return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracked or couriered services to ensure safe return.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. However, if there is a genuine issue with your purchase, we are happy to discuss it. If the item is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
International Shipping
We currently ship most items to Australia, Canada, China, and Hong Kong, and are actively working to expand our international shipping options. Please check back regularly as we add more countries.
